Audaxes

As well as John McElligot's scenic Inner Ring in Kerry, Dave McLouglin ran a series of PBP qualifiers in 2015.

James O'Callaghan is a veteran of many long and testing cycles - audaxes, Marmottes and countless others but this summer he took on his biggest challenge to date in the form of the Mile Failte 1,200. Thanks to James for taking time to send a write up on the event and the preparation that went into it. We cant wait to see what he has lined up for 2019;)

The final event in the Orwell Super Randonneur series is coming up in two weekends time, in the shape of The National 600. This is an old classic back in the calendar after an absence of 8 years, and is probably the most beginner friendly 600 around. Full details below!

Following on from the Orwell 200 the next in the series is the Midlands 300, in 3 weeks time. There was a good bit of interest in this at the finish yesterday, and Dave had a handful of entries in already so it is likely to be another big field. For most people completing a 200 will be as far as they will ever hope to go in a day, but for the few who are tempted to try go one step further there will probably be no better opportunity to give it a go. Details are below.
