Roster names are easily missed

It seems that the way the Excel sheet for the Sunday roster displays when you open it is causing some people to miss seeing their name in the list. Could this be fixed on the next version of the roster?

The problem is caused by the fact that when you open the sheet the most lefthand column of names is scrolled in behind the fixed columns of dates/locations/times etc, and therefore not visible. It's not obvious that there is a column of names hidden, and that you have to scroll left to see it.

While I'm at it, could I make a plea to reduce the number of fixed non-scrolling columns in the sheet? It makes it extremely difficult to read on small screens (e.g. phones) because you can't scroll the fixed columns out of the way. Just the date and group name/colour should be enough fixed columns.
