SPINATHON - 6TH DECEMBER, 2014

Time rolls on... Andy's 3 hour spinathon in aid of The Burren Chernobyl Project is upon us once more. Sign up. You are not expected to raise any excessive amount just what you can. It is a tough 3 hours but will line you up nicely for the Orwell Christmas Party that evening.



As many will know Andy Kenny runs spinning classes several days per week, with quite a number of Orwell members attending. Below is a link to his website which includes some links to articles written by members of Orwell who took advantage of Andy's spin classes to train twice weekly throughout the winter/spring for events such as the Marmotte, Liege-Bastogne-Liege, Granfondo Stelvio Santini and l'Etape du Tour.
