Spinathon at Andy Kenny Fitness for charity Thursday 12th December 6pm

Calling out to Zwifters, lapsed spinning class junkies and gluttons for punishment....

Andy Kenny runs a 3 hour Spinathon every year in aid of a Children for Chernobyl charity. Historically this has been held on the first Saturday of December but this year it's on Thursday 12th December from 6pm to 9pm. It's good craic, you'll burn a few calories and you'll be helping a good cause. And it's not that tough :)

There's an entry fee of €40 and it all goes to the charity.
There's always been a strong Orwell presence at the event but this year for some reason the number of people signed up is significantly lower. So if you're looking for something worthwhile to do on Thursday 12th December, why don't you give it a lash.
