**** Winter spins - call for leaders & dispatchers;****

Good evening cyclists

The winter spins programme for Orwell Wheelers will start on Sunday the 7th of October 2018.

As advised both Tara Nelson & Ian Anderson have agreed to coordinate the spins this coming winter. It’s great that these two top cyclists are taking over the role. Joe Fitzpatrick is still the route master, and if you have any particular route that you would like included, drop him a line.

This post is a call for volunteers from all members of the club to act as leaders in the White & Yellow Groups during the winter spins, and dispatchers are required also.

I particularly want to hear from people who participated in the Ride Leader Courses organised over the last 2 years, as this will be an opportunity to further enhance your skills.

In advance of the spins starting, a skills night will at a venue yet to be decided.

Thanks for all the hard work over the years Colm big shoes to fill and really looking forward to helping out.
That said with nearly 700 members in the club it shouldn't be too hard to get volenteers other than the usual reliables.
Its a great experience leading and really helps the club so it's a great chance for even new members to help out, so start sticking your names down now.
