What some members said about the course

Marie Feirtear
I did the skills training with Aidan & Michelle in Corkagh Park today- excellent so if it's repeated highly recommend it. Also had my bike fit done this week with Aidan, really worth getting done if you plan to continue cycling/ have any niggles. As a physio myself I can vouch for this.

Then after being split into two groups we were put through our paces doing , gear changes, looking back safely, changing water bottles (you need your own teeth for that one), up and overs, and many more.
Much to the amusement of some, we learnt to do "Bunny Hops" properly, which on Irish roads could come in handy for late calls
George Flanagan
Last Saturday I completed the “Skills Training Course” and immediately on the APP I gave it a 10 out of 10..

The bike technique program delivered by Aidan and Michelle though gave me
a chance to learn the techniques from scratch.
From cornering, to swapping bottles to bunny hops it taught me skills,
gave me plenty to work on and getting back to some basics gave the confidence a boost.
