Something a bit different - for those not going on the Orwell Weekend away.
On and off the bike conversations have been happening amongst Orwell Audaxers – about setting up a touring section in Orwell. Touring could loosely be described as a cross between a leisure and an audax spin. On road, and off-road options are being looked at. To whet your appetite a spin is proposed for this Saturday.
The route may not be suitable for slick narrow tires - but if you are happy that your bike can take some punishment on a gravel track - than you are OK.
