A cyclist left part of their car behind in the lay-by near the finish at Blackbull. I took it home so give me a shout so I can return it to its owner.

With congratulations to Valdis Andersons who took 3'03" off his PB and missed the last of the medals by only 2 seconds.

Commiserations to Gavin Dodd who took 3'21" off his PB, recorded a 59'28", and still managed to miss out on the points entirely.

Tom took back his "25" title and club record in imperious fashion, catching his 2,3 and 5 minute men. He nearly had number 4, and I think it's safe to say the only reason he didn't catch his 1 minute man is because he didn't show up! All the more impressive because they're all Scratch men and top riders themselves.

Monica Marconi just missed out on the medals for the second championships in a row, only 16 seconds off the bronze this time. 6 women raced in the end, so it was a proper championship and all of the medals were well earned. Well done to all.
