Well done to all who raced tonight, and thanks to the marshals as usual. Apologies for the late appearance of the start sheet and course details beforehand, and sympathies to the few who went wrong or cut the course short.

Medalists for now, and full results will be available in a couple of hours:
1st, Brian McNally, 21:57;
2nd, Neal Hudson, 22:21;
3rd, Dick O’Brien, 22:36.

1st, Orla Hendron, 26:19;
2nd, Louise Keane, 27:46;
3rd, Grainne Coghlan, 29:45.

Honorable mention too to Anthony Mulholland who was only 12 hundredths of a second from bumping Dick O’Brien out of the medals.

David Forbes took 21 seconds off Sean Murnane's Under 16 club record with a very impressive time of 24:16.
