Plan is to meet up at Hilton Hotel Kilmainham for 930am.
The plan is to do a slightly shorter route this week with some small intervals built in. Ideal early season training for anyone planning to start racing or do a few longer/harder sportifs this season.
It's the Strawberry Beds 5 Hills Challenge..
We'll cycle to Lucan and do the Laracon back road hill up to the roundabout then loop back to Lucan and do Tinkers Hill up to Westmanstown then onto the Rugged Lane hill followed by Sommerton Lane and then finally Anglers Rest Hill to finish off. Coffee in Farmleigh after the hills are complete. If we're feeling up to it after that we might do a Kyber hiit to finish off.
This session is an intro to intervals and is designed for anyone from yellow up aiming at taking the next step forward in their training this year to bring them to the next level. Anyone cycling at yellow orange or red will be able for this session no probs and speed isn't an issue as we regroup after each hill and then move on to do the next one.
All welcome to come along and enjoy a interval or 2!
