Steady orange - Saturday 16th November

Hi all
Steady orange spin to ashford. Leaving lambs cross at 9am

We will be staying off any high ground as temperatures are to be low . If need be we can change the route.

It’s also important at this time of year not to go mad and sweat! perspiration goes cold quickly and may cause you to get frozen leading to flu !
Steady is best. If you would like to come for a happy, safe spin let us know.

As per club rules group size is limited to 12!
