Orwell Wheelers Introduction to Group Cycling for Women 10 Week Programme

Scott-Orwell Wheelers will be holding The Introduction to Group Cycling for Women 10 Week Programme again in 2016. We are hoping that this programme will be as successful as it was in 2015 and the first step in building that success will be getting it out there that the course is on and that it is open to EVERYONE, female cyclists of all levels, with all levels catered for, with the objective being the same for everyone to instill a love and safety of cycling for all participants. The course will span the whole range of levels, from beginners to advanced, with the higher level taking on the Wicklow 200 or even racing.

Particular attention is paid to the basics of cycling which all cyclists, despite what their level or experience is, should repeat and be open to learning again and again. It is this whole spectrum of skills that will be coached in the course. The course runs on Monday nights at 7pm from the 23rd May to the 18th July (excluding the June Bank Holiday weekend).

The course includes puncture repair workshop, bike nutrition talk, skill development and lots more...
