Women's Training Camp, Gorey - 18th & 19th of Jan

Quanta Scott Orwell in association with Cycling Leinster are running a Women's Racing Camp this coming weekend for any women interested in giving racing a go or improving their training/racing.

This is a subsidised training camp and a great opportunity to get some top class coaching, meet other women interested in racing and get out on your bike for 2 days.

The cost of the camp is €60 for Orwell members and covers 2 nights B and B in the Ashdown Park Hotel, Gorey. The programme for the weekend is as follows:

Friday night 17th Jan
Check in and meet with other camp attendees

Sat 18th
9am - group spin, approx 90-100km
2pm - 3pm: Lunch
3pm - 4pm: Nutrition Talk with Beth McCluskey
4pm - 4.30pm: Strength & Conditioning with Beth

Dinner In The Kitchen Restaurant Gorey 7.30pm ( this you have to pay for )

Sunday 19th
10am: Group spin with Aidan Hammond - approx 3 hrs
2pm - 3pm: Lunch
2.30pm - 4pm : Training talk with Aidan Hammond
