I'll be back out next Wednesday for a warrior spin Nov 22nd
Meeting at Joe Daly's at 930.
Plan is to have an easy spin at dark yellow to dark orange pace over Greystones and back via enniskerry. Over Bray Head twice if anyone wants to have an interval etc etc.
All welcome to come along for this coffee spin to Greystones.
It's guaranteed to be 100% better fun than sitting in an office looking at a screen.

Definitely aiming to be out this Wednesday with the weather looking pretty damn good if not a bit nippy. Will stick to coastal roads this week to avoid the ice.
Plan is to meet at the Hilton Hotel Kilmainham at 930am
Route over to Howth va the new coastal bike lane and do Howth Head twice from Sutton. Coffee in Howth then return via coast road again.
All welcome to come along. Easy enough dark yellow to dark orange pace with 2 Howth intervals if someone wants to test the legs.
See you all Wednesday

Meeting at Joe's for 930am and it'll be a fairly easy pace over and back with the potential to do an interval or 2 over Bray Head if you fancy it

This Wednesday will be my last Wednesday Warriors of the year. If you're interested in going out for either of the following 2 post up here.
Weather is actually looking like a balmy 5degrees this Wednesday and sun!
Just in case they're lying, we'll stick to some coastal road to avoid any slippy roads.
Route probably leaving Joe's at 930am heading to Delgany via Greystones and back via Enniskerry.
All welcome

Meeting at Hilton Hotel Kilmainham this Wednesday at 930am.
Plan is to head to Howth to do a double pass of Howth head. Will stop for coffee in the fish shop....
All in around 50-60km and all welcome. No matter how bad the weather is it beats sitting in an office on a Wednesday....
