Planning on heading out this Wednesday for one of our final Wednesday Winter Warrior spins!(of the season)
Leaving joe Daly’s at 930am Wednesday
Plan is to head to enniskerry roundwood via Calary. Round wood for coffee. Then back via the back round to djouce down the wall and up Liam Horner and onto the featherbeds. A good 70-80k for most of with a good chunk of climbing. Will suit anyone from dark yellow to dark orange who fancies a spin in the glorious sun when everyone else is slavin’ away in an office
All welcome. Probably my last Wednesday spin for a while with Thursday race season fast approaching. Probably restart again fully in sept/oct
See you all there

It's late September/early October so usually signals the return of Wednesday Winter Warriors!
It's a fairly easy going spin each Wednesday morning around 60-80+km with coffee stop...the warrior bit is you must be a warrior to turn up in all types of weather and drink coffee while everyone else is working in an office!
Pace is usually light Orange but as most of the winter spins will be flattish with 1 or 2 hills that we regroup at the top then it's comfortable for most levels from dark yellow to dark orange. Reds more than welcome if they promise to attempt to enjoy coffee stop!
We usually have 6-12 people most weeks from ages 18-60+ from yellow to red so come one come all....
This coming Wednesday signals the 1st warrior spin of the new season.
Meet 930am Joe Daly's
Route tbc but our 1st spin of the season is usually to Greystones area and back over Bray Head twice then back into Enniskerry where those who want to put in a dig can do so and we'll regroup at the top.
Back by 1230ish.
See you all on Wednesday for the return of the Warriors

weather this Wednesday looks like an amazing Summer's day sunny spin....
Plan is to meet at 930am at Joes and head to Greystones direction via the coast for a cuppa in the sun. After that we'll head back via the back roads towards puck castle etc.
Probably all in around 60km all in at a comfy pace suitable for all from mid yellow up to dark orange
See you all Wednesday

planning on heading out this Wednesday. Plan is to leave from the Hilton Hotel Kilmainham at 930am.
Route tbc but it looks like it's raining in Wicklow and sunny in Kildare so probably head to Summerhill-Kilcock for coffee.
Fairly handy spin suit most from dark yellow to dark orange.
